Located in the Campus Library and Media Center building, the Media Center provides three main areas of support to Cascadia students, faculty and staff. First, the Media Center provides classroom technology support, including computers, projection systems, VCRs and DVD players. Also, the Media Center circulates the campus media collection, with over 2,000 titles on DVD, VHS, Laserdisc and CD. Media staff can also order media titles from other UW Libraries collections for use in the classroom. Finally, the Media Center houses the Multimedia Studio, a specialized lab for the development of higher-end projects, including video editing, scanning/photo manipulation and PowerPoint.
