Fundraising Events at Cascadia Community College

Fundraising Events at Cascadia Community College must be approved by the Director for College Relations, Ms. Meagan Walker.  Historically fundraisers are approved by a designated member of the Executive Team (E-Team). 

 

Reasons for fundraising drive requests to require approval:

  1. To ensure that multiple groups aren't fundraising for the same cause at the same time.
  2. To ensure that the College's legal standing as an educational institution is protected.  This means NO Raffles (gambling), and only commercially produced foods (food safety).

  

Please submit requests no less than 10 business days before the start of your collection drive.

 

Use the Request Form [DOC] when submitting your fundraising drive request.  These should be emailed to Meagan Walker in the College Relations Office at mwalker@cascadia.edu or dropped off in person to office CC2-281E.  You will be notified within 2 business days if your request has been approved.  If you don't hear anything within those 2 days, feel free to call Meagan at (425) 352-8491.
