Director of Information Services

Mr. Culver holds a B.A. in history from the University of Washington. His introduction to technology came from the University of Washington Academic Computer Center Help Desk, where he worked as a student employee. At Seattle University he held his first full-time staff position in higher education, as the help desk coordinator and later network administrator. Before coming to Cascadia, Mr. Culver spent 5 years with the American Red Cross serving King and Kitsap Counties as the information services manager.
