Executive Assistant to the President, Office Manager, and Coordinator for External Relations
Ms. Gonzales has over 39 years of experience in community college education. Before joining Cascadia in 2000 as the executive assistant to the president, Ms. Gonzales served as the executive assistant to the chancellor at the Seattle Community College District. She is responsible for assignments in many areas, including confidential assistant to the president and board of trustees; Public Records Officer/Records Custodian; co-chair of the Employee Learning Institute; and maintaining the master policies and procedures manual. She also holds a leadership position with the President's Assistants of Community and Technical Colleges (PACTC).
