Vice President for Administrative Services

Mr. Hsiao oversees finance, information services, human resources, capital projects, auxiliary services, and facility functions. Before joining Cascadia, he was managing director at Firedance Consulting, which provides corporate development and crisis management services to early-stage companies. Mr. Hsiao spent 15 years as a senior administrator at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), where he held positions including director of business development, chief information officer, and media director. While at UCLA, Mr. Hsiao developed UCLA's electronic commerce services and the master plan for campus food service. Before UCLA, Mr. Hsiao managed the campus newspapers for UC Berkeley and UC Davis. He holds an M.B.A. from UCLA's Anderson School of Management and a B.A. from UC Davis.
