Updating your Address and Contact Information

It is the student’s responsibility to notify the college of their current address in order to receive important documents such as credit card receipts, transcripts, and diplomas or certificates. Update your address:

• Online through the Center for Information Services  (student ID and PIN required)

*Please note that if you are a financial aid student, you will also need to update email or phone information in-person with their office as the online system does not update the financial aid management system with this information.

• In person at the front counter in Kodiak Corner by showing photo ID and submitting a completed Student Information Update form [PDF]

Name Changes

To change your name shown on Cascadia’s records, go to the front counter in Kodiak Corner and submit:

• Completed Student Information Update form [PDF]
• Photo ID showing new legal name
• Acceptable proof of name change (marriage certificate or court order)
