Cascadia Community College will close offices and cancel classes if severe weather or other emergency conditions make the campus unsafe.

If the Cascadia campus is closed, all Cascadia Continuing Education classes held at other locations will also be cancelled.

Updates

To find out if the Cascadia campus is closed and classes have been cancelled:

• Call (425) 352-8000
• If the campus is closed, you will hear a recorded message on the status of campus operations. Whenever possible, the message will give a time to check back for an update.
• Visit www.schoolreport.org
• If the campus is closed, the site will display a message about the status of campus operations.
• Listen to local radio stations: KIXI (AM 880), KLSY (FM 92.5), KRWM (FM 106.9), KRKO (AM 1380), KSER (FM 90.7), KYCW (AM 1090), KBSG (FM 97.3), KIRO (AM 710), KMPS (FM 94. 1), KMTT (FM 103.7), KOMO (AM 1000), KUOW (FM 94.9), KAPS (AM 660), KLAY (AM 1180), KPLU (FM 88.5), KVTI (FM 90.9)

If Cascadia is not mentioned in radio or TV announcements, students and staff can assume that the college is open and classes are being held as usual.

Because of the geography of the area, the weather may be clear on campus while it is hazardous in nearby areas. Please use your best judgment when deciding to come to the campus.
