Cascadia encourages students, faculty, and staff to develop global awareness and environmental stewardship in the classroom and the workplace. To support this goal, Cascadia has hosted speakers that have addressed a wide range of topics. Past events at Cascadia have included:

Cascadia is a sponsor of the World Affairs Council, which is an organization that creates forums for discussion of critical global issues. World leaders and international experts regularly come to Seattle to participate. Cascadia faculty and staff are able to attend some of the events through Cascadia’s sponsorship.
