We offer free and low-cost career services, resources, and a job database to Cascadia students and to the local community.  Come to the Career and Transfer Center on campus for individual assistance.

 

Writing a Resume

Write a resume that makes you stand out. See sample resumes, get resume writing tips, and have a career advisor review your resume.

 

Writing a Cover Letter

Communicate your unique abilities with a targeted cover letter. We offer cover letter critiques, sample letters, and additional writing resources.

 

Job Hunting Strategies

Make an action plan for finding a job. We can help you plan a successful job search.

 

Interviewing

Polish your interviewing skills. Learn how to prepare and practice your skills in a mock interview.

Find more help on the internet. Try these sites for more information and tools on careers, new job trends, and employment. 

 

Job Database 

Search for a job.  Partnering with Lake Washington Technical College, Cascadia's Career and Transfer Center provides access to a job database that includes postings for jobs, internships, volunteer, and work-study opportunities.  This is a free service and open to students and community members.

 

Career Assessments

Identify occupations that match your interests, values, or personality type.  Try taking an assessment to gain more information about yourself and what careers match your interests.
