Where to Park

All students, faculty, and staff must park on campus and not on surrounding neighborhood streets. Violators are subject to tickets or towing by the Bothell Police.

The campus has over 1,800 parking spaces in the north and south garages, in the surface parking lots, and on Campus Way.

Both garages have carpool and motorcycle spaces, and parking for the disabled is clearly marked. Read all signs carefully: Some parking is reserved. The garages also have metered parking. Student, faculty, and staff may not park in the visitor parking areas.

There are bicycle racks on the north side of the Cascadia building, at both street and promenade levels. You can rent a bike locker This link opens a page on a different website through UW Bothell Facilities Services.

North Parking Garage

Once you enter the Cascadia Community College campus, take the first left to enter the north parking garage. Remember your parking space number. You will need to use one of the pay stations at the north and south ends of the parking garage, on street level.

Crosswalks at the north and south ends of the garage lead to the main doors on the lower level of the Cascadia campus.

Daily Rate

You can buy daily parking permits at the garage pay station for $3 a day. Keep your parking slip until after you leave. There are no in-and-out privileges: If you leave the garage and return on the same day, you must pay an additional $3.

Parking and Carpool Permits

You can buy a quarterly parking permit at the Kodiak Corner/Student Services Center. You must fill out a parking permit application [PDF] or a carpool permit application [DOC].

Parking and Traffic Citations

Cascadia enforces parking and traffic regulations on campus. If you receive a citation, pay the fine at the Kodiak Corner/Student Services Center. Failure to pay fines will result in holds on grades, transcripts, refunds, or credits and may delay your registration for the following quarter. Cascadia forwards unpaid fines to a collection agency. To appeal a fine, go to the Kodiak Corner/Student Services Center.
