Welcome to Cascadia BASSP Class of 2019! We'll begin accepting applications for the BASSP Class of 2020 in January, 2018.
Cascadia is proud of its longstanding commitment to sustainability as a cultural value, an academic discipline and a daily practice. We are recognized as a leader in sustainability education and our campus delivers an abundance of diverse opportunities for hands-on learning in the sustainability field.
Our green campus includes multiple solar panel installations, a LEED Platinum building, gardening beds, vermicomposting facilities, and a 58-acre restored wetland!
Careers in sustainability continue to diversify and grow rapidly. Jobs can be found in private and non-profit organizations, government agencies, utilities and educational institutions.
Each day we learn more about what it means to be sustainable and what we can do to ensure the prosperity of our planet, our people, and our economy.
From water quality testing in our wetlands, to assessing climate change knowledge and beliefs, our students are active in several different sustainability research projects on campus.
