Pay by the Tuition Deadline

The quarterly tuition deadline is posted in the Important Dates Calendar.

• If you register for classes BEFORE the tuition deadline: You must pay tuition and fees by 5:30 PM in person or online by 9:30 PM on the day of the quarterly deadline.  If you do not pay, you may be withdrawn from all classes the next business day.
• If you register AFTER the tuition deadline: You must pay tuition and fees at the time you register. 
   

Five Ways to Pay

Online: by 9:30 PM at Washington State Colleges Payment Page  (by Visa or MasterCard) student PIN and student ID number required.

In person: by 5:30 PM at the Kodiak Corner/Student Services Center (by cash, check, American Express, Visa, or MasterCard) bring your student ID number   The credit cardholder must be present, or the student must have a signed note from the cardholder authorizing payment of tuition, parking pass, etc.  The cardholder's signature and the amount of the payment must also be included in the note.

By phone: by 5:30 PM at (425) 352-8860 (by American Express, Visa or MasterCard) have your student ID number.
 

In the payment drop box: Outside the Kodiak Corner/Student Services Center (by cash or check; include your student ID number). Payments received by the times below will be reflected in your account within that day.

• Monday through Friday at 8:00 AM

• With an Additional Pickup on Tuition Deadline Day at 4:00 PM

By mail: Cascadia Community College, Business Office, 18345 Campus Way NE, Bothell WA 98011; include your student ID number.  Must be received on the tuition deadline date, not postmarked.
