Energy Audit Specialist Certificate

This Certificate Prepares You For...

The energy audit specialist certificate program will prepare you to enter the rapidly growing field of energy auditing. It will assist you to obtain entry-level employment in the area of energy auditing. Students completing this certificate will be qualified to conduct energy audits in residences, multi-family housing, and commercial settings.

 

Certificate Requirements

Complete all of the following courses:

 

ETSP 101 Intro to Environmental Technologies and Sustainable Practices 5 credits
ETSP 102 Power Generation and Conventional Energy Systems 5 credits
ETSP 180 AC/DC Lab 3 credits
ETSP 190 Documenting and Reporting Energy Use 3 credits
ETSP 197 ETSP Work-Based Learning I 1 credit
ETSP 201 Environmental Regulations and Compliance 5 credits
ETSP 203 Energy System Analysis and Auditing 5 credits
PHYS 111 Physics of Sustainable Energy 5 credits
