You must include an official Cascadia transcript in any application you submit to another college or to a university. An official transcript is imprinted with Cascadia’s official seal, signed by the Registrar, and sealed in an envelope.
Official transcript orders may take up to 5 business days to process. There is a fee of $3.20 for each transcript you order. You must pay any outstanding parking fines, library fines, or other balances before we can release your transcript.
Four ways to order:
Bring the Official Transcript Request form [DOC] and the fee to the Kodiak Corner/Student Services Center.
Include the Official Transcript Request form [DOC] and the fee.
You can order your transcript online from the National Student Clearinghouse. The Clearinghouse receives the online orders, and then Cascadia sends the transcripts to the schools you designate in your order. All major credit cards are accepted and the processing fee is charged to your card when your order has been completed. You will receive order updates by email, and you can check your order status online.
After you place your order, you will receive a consent form that you must submit before the Clearinghouse can process your order. You can submit the form by mail, by fax, or as a scanned email attachment. Further details are provided when you order.
If you need help or have questions about the Clearinghouse transcript ordering service, call (703) 742-7791 or email transcripts@studentclearinghouse.org.
You can look up your grades online. You can use this “unofficial transcript” in educational planning with your advisor.
