Administrative Interdisciplinarity
Administrative assignments at Cascadia are also multidisciplinary in that they integrate different areas of the college in cross functional teams and thus avoid the typical administrative silos. At the end of each academic year, the Executive Team (Vice Presidents, Executive Director of Human Resources and the President) assess all administrative assignments and in the spirit of collaboration "exchange" assignments. As such the job descriptions and the overall assignments that you will see in these pages will vary next year as a result of the annual assessment and assignment exchange process.
