Employee Learning Institute

The Employee Learning Institute (ELI), an internal professional development program for all employees, includes modules that designed orient new staff to the principles that are associated with learning-centered environments and provide tools that are critical to success.

Establishing a culture of learning

The goal of the ELI is to communicate Cascadia's mental models/shared vision, and to provide ALL employees with the essential tools for success and employment satisfaction in a learning centered environment.  The ELI serves as not only a comprehensive orientation for all new employees, but also as an ongoing forum for existing employees to hold regular conversations about our mental models and how we serve our students, campus community and others  in order to evolve as a learning college.
