Technology as a Tool

One of the most exciting products of Cascadia’s emphasis on technology is the way our students, in both academic classes and technology classes, use the technology as a tool to express learning. Examples of this include:

Web Classes

The following projects were created by students taking Business and Information Technology 113 - User Interface Development. The task was to create a web site for a real client within the community.

Science Classes

Students taking Astronomy at Cascadia Community College complete a final project whereby they research a specific field of astrobiology research and create web pages designed to educate the public. Here are some examples of their work:
