New Online Resources and Programs!

The HaWRC team has created two new sites where you can access up to date resources, as well as interactive programming. These sites are where you'll find online workshops, opportunities to engage with others on campus, and more.

For HaWRC information in general, Benefits Hub, or Violence Prevention programs, visit the new HaWRC site.

For programs from the HEROs, visit the HEROs new site

Free Tax Prep

The tax preparation site hosted by United Way on the UWB/Cascadia campus is being closed for the remainder of the tax season. If you still need tax assistance, please visit the My Free Tax site, where those simple returns can file their taxes for free.

Violence Prevention Advocacy

The Violence Prevention & Advocacy (VPA) Program leads the UW Bothell campus in preventing and responding to sexual and relationship violence (SRV). The prevention-focused arm uses strategies such as education and social norms change to create a campus free of violence and harm. Stop by the HaWRC to learn more about how you can get involved in preventing SRV at UWB.

While our goal is to create a community where violence doesn’t happen, we know that it’s going to take some time. Until we reach that goal, the advocacy-focused arm of the VPA Program offers confidential support and healing opportunities for students impacted by SRV. Learn more about support and resources by going to https://www.uwb.edu/sexualassault.
