Complete the following steps to apply on paper:

  STEP 1: Application

Complete the  International Student Application You may also request a paper application by contacting the International Programs Office at +1 (425) 352-8415 or international@cascadia.edu.

  STEP 2: English Proficiency (optional)

Provide proof of English proficiency (optional) for placement into the College Program. Click on Admission for more information about our English proficiency requirements.

  STEP 3: Financial Support

Provide proof of financial support for one year of study ($20,532 USD). Financial documents should be no older than 3 months, in English, and include the currency. Click on Tuition and Fees for more information about acceptable documents for proof of funding.

  STEP 4: Passport

Provide a copy of the photo page of your passport.

  STEP 5: Transcripts

Provide copies of your high school or college transcripts and/or diploma in English. If you are currently attending a college or university, high school transcripts are not required.

STEP 6: Special Step for Transfer Students Only

Transferring to Cascadia from another college or university in the United States is easy.  Simply apply for admission by following the steps  above and filling out Transfer-In Form. (You should fill out and sign the top portion and an advisor at your previous school should fill out the bottom portion and submit it directly to Cascadia).

This is required so your previous school can transfer your SEVIS immigration record to us and a new Cascadia I-20 can be created. Your application will only be considered complete once this form is received.

Your previous school may require a copy of your acceptance letter to Cascadia before transferring your SEVIS record. In this case we can process your application without the Transfer-in-Form and issue an acceptance letter that you can then give to your previous school. However, please note we cannot issue a new I-20 until the Transfer-in-Form has been completed and your SEVIS record has been transferred. Your previous school may require that you submit a transfer out form giving them permission to transfer your record to us.

Please keep in touch and let us know if you have difficulties transferring your immigration record to Cascadia, have immigration questions, or if you are unable to attend Cascadia College for the term you are accepted.

Provide payment for the non-refundable ($50) application fee.  Payment can be made by credit card, money order, or check drawn from a U.S. bank. If paying by credit card, please provide payment information on the third page of the application form.
