The BOCK Learning Center Space and Services

The Bock Learning Center space is designed to be flexible, serving a wide range of student needs. We have computers for student use, outlets for personal laptops or devices, WiFi, and general work space. Tables can accommodate students working individually or in small groups, and tutoring is offered in a range of subjects. Services are free of charge and available to all currently enrolled Cascadia students.

Online and In-Person Tutoring

The Bock Learning Center offers both in-person and online tutoring. In-person tutoring is available Monday - Thursday. On Fridays, tutoring is available via Zoom. Check out our Canvas site for tutoring schedules, graphing calculator checkout forms, a link to our Zoom tutoring room, and more! If you are having trouble accessing the Canvas course, contact Kathrine Raines at kraines@cascadia.edu.

Computer Services

  • We have primarily Windows-based computers, but one iMac is available. Please note that computers are for academic use only.

Calculator Rentals

Graphing calculators are available for quarterly rental for a nominal fee. Contact Kathrine Raines at kraines@cascadia.edu for information about our process, or check out our Canvas homepage.
