Cascadia Network Account

A Cascadia network account gives you access to the many services Cascadia provides over the campus network.

Students: Go to the Open Learning Center to set up your account user name and password. See below if you need to change or reset your password.

Faculty and staff: Your supervisor gives you your account information when you begin work at Cascadia. See below if you need to change or reset your password.

To Change or Reset Your Network Password


Option A.
Use a computer on campus.

If you've forgotten your password and need to reset it, call the Help Desk or go to the Open Learning Center.

 


 At the computer:

  • Hold down both the Ctrl and Alt keys and press the Delete key.
  • Click the “Change Password” button. The “Change Password” window will appear.
  • If the “Log on to” drop down box does not show the correct choice, Student or Employee, click the arrow and make the correct choice.
  • Follow the instructions onscreen to change your password. The new password that you create must follow the strong password guidelines.

Option B. Use a computer off campus.
