Shawna Pitts

Shawna Pitts serves as the Associate Vice President of Administrative Services at Cascadia College, where she provides strategic direction and operational leadership across Facilities, Finance, and Information Technology Services (ITS). Shawna specializes in financial analysis, budgeting, and oversees institutional projects ranging from cybersecurity and technology enhancements to capital improvements and state-funded facility developments.

Prior to joining Cascadia, Shawna spent over 30 years in the hospitality industry. She holds a Master of Education from the University of Washington Bothell and a bachelor's degree from Northern Arizona University. She is a dedicated community advocate with her long-standing leadership on the City of Bothell's Lodging Tax Advisory Committee and volunteer work with Behind the Badge. Outside of campus, she is an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan who loves kayaking, camping, traveling, and making memories with her family.
