Sean Poellnitz

Sean Poellnitz brings a diverse background to Cascadia. He has worked in healthcare, government, transportation, and defense expertise to drive operational excellence, effective team leadership, and impactful solutions to unique challenges and strategic planning. He leads with a "People-Centric Philosophy" approach, inspired by the belief that our greatest asset is human capital, and collaborative efforts drive leadership.

For over a decade, Sean has held key administrative and leadership roles guiding cultural and process transformations in system resource, supply chain operations, BioMed, facilities, pharmaceuticals, real estate, space planning, interiors, clinics, construction, food services, and various others.

Sean has a Master’s degree in organizational leadership from Southern New Hampshire University, Manchester, NH, a certification in human resource management, and a Bachelor’s in finance from Tuskegee University.

He is passionate about leadership development and regularly speaks on the topic.
