Brittany Caldwell

Brittany Caldwell is a community-focused nonprofit leader with a strong track record of advancing education, economic vitality, and community partnerships. She joined Cascadia in 2022 and serves as Associate Vice President of Advancement, overseeing campus-wide marketing and communications, while also serving as Executive Director of the Cascadia College Foundation. Through the Foundation, Brittany leads strategic fundraising, donor engagement, and community initiatives that support student scholarships, basic needs, and programs that remove barriers to achieving higher education.

Prior to joining Cascadia, Brittany served as Executive Director of the Bothell Kenmore Chamber of Commerce, where she partnered with local businesses, civic leaders, and nonprofits to strengthen the regional economy and foster collaborative solutions. Her leadership across the nonprofit and business sectors informs a relationship-driven approach to philanthropy and community impact.

Brittany holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration (Marketing & Management) and an Executive Mini-MBA from the University of Washington Bothell. She also serves on the board of the Kirkland-Redmond American Association of University Women (AAUW) and volunteers as a youth basketball coach.
