This is a list of rules currently undergoing rulemaking or that have been adopted in the last twelve months.
Current Rulemaking
Emergency
Effective August 1, the College has executed emergency rulemaking to incorporate changes to the Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 132z-115, Student Conduct Code, and to implement 132z-119, Supplemental Sex Discrimination Student Conduct Code and Procedures. The purpose of the rulemaking is to bring the student conduct code into compliance with the 2024 updates to Title IX regulations and Washington’s 2019 anti-hazing legislation.
Permanent
A preproposal statement of rule changes to WAC 132z-115, Student Conduct Code and proposed new rule WAC 132z-119, Supplemental Sex Discrimination Student Conduct Code and Procedures, was filed with the Office of Code Revisor as WSR 24-17-134. The CR 102 Proposed Rulemaking file will be published in WAC 24-22-002.
