Mathematics

My teaching interests include active learning, integrating technology into the classroom, and encouraging women to seek career opportunities in applied mathematics. I explain how we use different mathematical concepts in industry examples to help students understand why we study that concept.

Hobbies

Since 2003, I have been involved with the Columbia Choirs Association, a non-profit organization. I have been a board member, volunteer, and singer.
